Homecoming Weekend November 3, 2009 | AZPM

This weekend is full of homecoming celebrations at the University of Arizona. Among other things it's mascot Wilbur's 50th birthday and a big celebration is planned for the face of UA sports.

Official homecoming events begin Friday and run through Sunday. The big events this weekend are the homecoming parade, with Wilbur as grand marshal, from 11 a.m. until noon, followed by the football game between the Arizona Wildcats and the Washington State Cougars, with a kickoff time of 1:30 p.m. There also be reunion tents to help alumni reconnect with their fellow classmates.
