A Presidential Address

KUAZ 89.1 FM will air live coverage of President Bush's address to the nation from 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The topic will be the nation's economic crisis and the proposed $700 billion plan to fix it.

NPR News will provide live, anchored coverage of President Bush's prime time address this evening at 6:00 p.m. Arizona time. The President will address the economic crisis and the administration's proposed $700 billion bailout plan.

John Ydstie will host the coverage. Ron Elving, Senior Editor on the Washington Desk and Adam Davidson, NPR's Business Correspondent will join him for the special.

The President will speak for 12-14 minutes. Analysis will follow.
