President Obama to Address the Nation

Special coverage of President Obama's primetime White House speech on immigration will be carried by PBS Newshour and NPR 89.1, beginning at 6 p.m.

President Obama will address the nation tonight at 6:00pm from the White House, where he is expected to unveil executive actions on immigration.

NPR News will provide live special coverage hosted by Melissa Block that will include the President's speech and analysis. Melissa will be joined in studio by Political Correspondent, Mara Liasson; White House Correspondent, Tamara Keith; and Senior Washington Editor, Ron Elving.

After the speech PBS NewsHour will go back to the studio with analysis.
