Brigetta Barrett and Georganne Moline achieved personal bests -- and more -- in representing the United States and the University of Arizona at the Summer Olympics in London last month.
Barrett won silver with a personal best of 6-8 in the high jump, second to Russian Anna Chicerova, who cleared 6-8 3/4 for gold.
Moline took fifth in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal best of 53.92 seconds.
How did Barrett get ready for the competition of a lifetime?
"For the week leading up to it I did four things: pry, eat, sleep and visualize," she says. "I sang, too. That helped to remind me that I could still have fun."
What's next for Barrett and Moline, both seniors this year?
"We're going for gold in Rio!," says Barrett, referring to the 2016 Olympics in Brazil.
