Arizona's small but growing wine industry will be in the spotlight this weekend when the Village of Elgin Winery holds its 30th Annual Harvesting of the Vine Festival.
"Arizona has an outstanding variety of soils that are conducive to the production of wine grapes," says Gary Reeves, wine master and owner of the Village of Elgin Winery(http://www.elginwines.com/).
The festival is scheduled Saturday and Sunday, with tickets at $18, including lunch, wine tastings and live music.
The King and Queen of Arizona Grape Stomping also will be crowned at the festival.
Elgin is about 60 miles southeast of Tucson.
