Tucson is third most accommodating in the country for travelers with pets, says Priceline.com, a travel booking website.
Albuquerque was named No. 1, followed by Portland, Ore.
Rankings were based on the number of hotels within Priceline.com's network of hotels that are listed as "pet friendly," the number of off-leash dog parks per 100,000 residents and the walkability as measured by Walk Score of each city.
"People love their pets and many can't imagine traveling without them. But not all cities and hotels are created equal when it comes to accommodating four-legged friends," Priceline.com's Chief Marketing Officer Brett Keller said in a press release. "We've created this list as a guide to help travelers find the best experiences no matter who's along for the ride."
