LETHAL FORCE by the U.S. Border Patrol has increasingly become an issue and led last week to protestors on both sides of the border at Nogales demanding accountability. The focal point was the killing of a Mexican teenager by Border Patrol officers who fired shots across the line. Christopher Conover reports.
