THE INSTRUMENT IS THE ART, says photographer David Martin Belger. As a trained machinist, Belger builds cameras that are part and parcel of what they are used to photograph. Luis CarriĆ³n reports.

FILM, FILM, FILM is what the Arizona International Film Festival is all about. Elizabeth Burden interviews film maker Gauri Chadha, whose film "Gawah" is showing at the festival, and speaks with Mia Schnaible, the festival's director of marketing.

THE LISTENING PROJECT, a cross-generational, cross-cultural civil discourse project in Tucson, trains teenag girls in the documentary arts, allowing them to capture the stories of female veterans and service members. Elizabeth Burden interviews participants in the project.
