Arizona Spotlight

The US Supreme Court is hearing an Arizona case dealing with the insanity defense, we have a report on how it could change the way the defense is used in court. The Arizona International Film Festival is this weekend in Tucson, we have a preview. Also on the program, an interview with Jeffrey Dvorkin, NPR's ombudsman.
