INNER CITY OUTINGS: A chat with Andy Jenkins, certified leader at Sierra Club's Inner City Outings. ICO is a program working to connect children, most from low income families, with nature. In 2012, more than 400 children were taken to more than 40 locations including caves and mountains.

EXPLORING SURROUNDINGS: The Ironwood Tree Experience is a program working with teenagers of various backgrounds, including inner city and low income, in outdoor projects that teach them about their natural surroundings.

GULF OIL SPILL: Discussion with Brian Mayer, Ph.D., an environmental sociologist and associate professor at the UA, who specializes in community and environmental health. Mayer speaks about his work in the Gulf of Mexico, following the BP oil spill.
