One member of Arizona's congressional delegation made The Hill newspaper's "50 wealthiest members of Congress" list, out this week.

U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, a Republican representing Glendale and other parts of the northern Phoenix metro area, ranked 32nd with an estimated worth of a little more than $11 million, the Capitol Hill newspaper said. On last year's list, Franks ranked 25th.

The newspaper said its examination of financial documents from members of Congress showed Franks' most valuable assets are stock holdings in petroleum companies.

No. 1 on the list is U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., whose net worth was listed as more than $355 million.
