EXHIBITS AT MOCA: Dave Sayre's new exhibit, How to Kill a Marvin Gaye Song, takes a twist on the 1970s cartoon world and represents an experiment for Sayre to move his work from flat space to a three-dimensional environment. The exhibit begins Saturday, Oct. 12. Artwork by artist Alois Kronschlaeger is currently on display at MOCA's Grand Hall.

TMY TURNS 40: Tucson Meet Yourself turns 40 this year, and festival organizers say the event has become a unique cultural tradition in the community. The first TMY took place at El Presidio Park back in 1974. Since then, it's grown into a showcase for the cultural pluralism of the region.

FILM & MUSIC FEST: Music is an integral part of film, but the contribution it can make often goes unrecognized. The Tucson Music and Film Festival highlights these aspects of our world. The festival features films that explore different aspects of music and the music industry.
