DEATH PENALTY: A chat with Carol Gaxiola, director of Homicide Survivors - a Tucson nonprofit that offers support, advocacy and assistance to families and friends who have lost loved ones to murder- amid the then-upcoming execution of Robert Glen Jones Jr., who was convicted of killing six people during two armed robberies in Tucson. Jones was executed in Florence at around 11 a.m. Wednesday.

UA WOMEN'S WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL: Four members of the University of Arizona's Women's Wheelchair Basketball Team were recruited earlier this year to join the USA Women's Wheelchair Basketball Team, and three of them will be competing in the 2016 Paralympic Games in Brazil.
