Downtown Tucson is set to get hundreds of millions of dollars worth of investments in the future as part of Rio Nuevo's redevelopment plans and other efforts to revitalize the area. We speak to the owner of El Charro Cafe which has been there since the 1920's as well as the director of the non-profit art gallery, Dinnerware Contemporary, who came here in the 1980s. What's good about downtown? What does it need for a successful future?
