Three students are currently in the running for UA student body president. Taylor Ashton, the chief-of-staff to the present president, hopes to establish easier accessibility for students to contact their student government. Issac Ortega, the student body treasurer, is a business student looking to allocate more funds to the various diversity centers of the university. Ahva Sadeghi, a student with an interest in humanitarian law, wishes to have the student government be more representative of the whole university. After the primary election on March 4, only two of three candidates will make it to the final ballot on March 11.
