Smoking Cessation

Help quitting

Tobacco-Free Ways is a free class provided by the state of Arizona that tries to help people quit smoking. The program is held throughout the year at no cost to participants and has about a 30% success rate. It may not sound like much, but it's much higher than when people try to do it alone. The focus is changing habits and adopting a new way of life.
