Christopher Conover brings us an election night interview with newly re-elected Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, immediately after she received the news of her victory.

A new documentary called "The American Southwest: Are We Running Dry?" focuses on the water crisis that drought and mismanagement have created. Mark McLemore talks with director and writer Jim Thebaut about the film, which airs Thursday, November 13, on KUAT Channel 6.

A special celebration of Tucson history and culture called "La Entrada de Kino" is taking place next week, recreating Father Kino's arrival in Tucson in 1700. Tony Paniagua talks to two organizers of the event about what to expect.

"La Entrada de Kino" begins at 9am, Saturday, Nov. 15 on the west bank of the Santa Cruz river at Congress Street, just west of I-10.

This weekend's Tucson Open Studio Tour brings an opportunity to get up close and personal with local artists and their work. Mark McLemore visits some downtown artists who are part of the Open Studio Tour for a preview.
