Arizona tax revenues continue to fall short of expectations.

For the fourth straight month, state tax revenues have come in below budget, according to the monthly report from the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, which said the tax collection, "Continued to recent trend of disappointing revenue results."

The report said revenues were slightly less than 1 percent below budget, or about $35 million.

The committee also reported revised numbers for the end of the last fiscal year, saying the year-end surplus was $577 million, slightly higher than originally reported.
