Mayor Rothschild outlines plans for the year, looks back on progress

Tucson Mayor Jonathan Rothschild delivered his fourth state of the city address Friday. He recounted successes in expanding opportunities for local businesses to do trade with Mexico, using his role to encourage others to volunteer in schools, and called for an extension of two road repair taxes.
