Haircuts and Hope

Getting a haircut may seem like a trivial part of our lives but people without permanent homes often go months or years without one.

Getting a haircut may seem like a trivial part of our lives but people without permanent homes often go months or years without one. Twice a year as part of a larger event, homeless people can receive free haircuts, something they say helps boost their self esteem.
