In tight budget times extracurricular frills go out the window. One Tucson community has pulled together to offer musical education to kids who otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity.

Kimberly Craft reports on the St. Philip's After School Music and Homework Program. Four days a week these Rio Vista students go on a field trip. They gather after class and embark on the first leg of their afternoon journey that ends at St. Phillips Episcopal Church and that's where the learning begins.
