People on the early voting list in Tucson may have had a ballot in hand for more than a week, but they were missing the voter information pamphlet that explains what’s on that ballot.

Ballots went in the mail Oct. 8, but the publicity pamphlets that explain the city council elections and the questions about traffic cameras and charter changes in the city were delayed.

“The city asked that they be mailed out on Oct. 8, there was an issue with the vendor and instead they were mailed on the 12, 13 and 14," said Lane Mandle, a city spokeswoman.

The issue was just with city of Tucson voting information. The county elections information went out with the ballots. Those have details about the seven bond questions on the ballot for all of Pima County. In the meantime, the city election information is available on the city's website.
