This week's "Teachers' Voices" brings us a nostalgic conversation between a student and her former principal. We meet Jennifer Burns, who was a student in 1985 at Marana High under principal Wade McLean. Together, they recall the origin of what was called "The Marana Model."

Jennifer J. Burns served three terms in the Arizona Legislature. Dr. Wade McLean has been Superintendent of the Whiteriver Unified School District since 2008.
