In honor of Black History month, the Black Law Students Association arranged a presentation about Hayzel B. Daniels. Daniels was the first African American graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law. When he became the first African American to serve as an Arizona Senator, Daniels argued, and won against segregation in this state.

Elizabeth Finn is the Presiding Judge of the Glendale City Court. A family friend of H.B. Daniels, Finn discusses his life and impact on race relations in Arizona.
