Mayor Rothschild on Decision to Not Seek Third Term

The Democrat discusses what he considers his achievements to be since taking office.

The new year presents some familiar events, namely elections. This November, voters in Tucson will elect a new mayor. Democratic Mayor Jonathan Rothschild announced he would not seek a third term. His office, along with three city council seats, will appear on the ballot. Rothschild joined Lorraine Rivera in studio to discuss his decision to step down after serving for eight years, and what he sees as some of his achievements since taking office.
