President Obama to Address Nation

President Obama will address the nation regarding troop levels in Afghanistan Wednesday live at 5 p.m. on World, with rebroadcast on the NewsHour at 7 p.m. on PBS-HD.

President Obama is expected to talk about United States troop commitments in Afghanistan. The address will be carried live on World (Broadcast 27.3, Comcast 203, Cox 83) at 5 p.m. and rebroadcast on the NewsHour at 7 p.m. on PBS-HD.

NPR will carry the speech live on radio KUAZ-FM 89.1. Michele Norris will host the news special. NPR’s National Political and National Security Correspondents will join Norris in the studio for the coverage of the announcement. The address will be streamed live on the KUAZ web page.
