Chairman Fred DuVal and Vice Chairman Bob McLendon are wrapping up their time on the Arizona Board of Regents. The two men are both being termed out from the board that oversees Arizona’s three state universities.

DuVal and McLendon say their time on the board has seen plenty of changes and upheaval. Specifically, they point to budget cuts handed down from the Legislature in recent years. However, both men also say that they believe the university system is well positioned for the 21st century.
