Governor Addresses State Legislature

Arizona's Republican Governor Jan Brewer is addressing a Joint Session of the State Legislature today outlining her plans on how to deal with the State's growing Budget Shortfall.

In her first major speech since taking office, the Governor is expected to call for a special election to temporarily raise the sate income tax and outline plans to maximize Arizona's share of the Federal Stimulus Package.
