Arizona's U.S. Rep. Trent Franks is among the 50 wealthiest members of Congress.
He is the only Arizonan to make the list of the 50 wealthiest members of Congress this year.
It's Franks' second year in a row on the list. Sen. John McCain has made the list in previous years, and was listed with a net worth of $10.4 million last year.
McCain dropped off the list this year.
Of the 50 on the list, 31 are Republicans, and the majority of the lawmakers on the list are in the House of Representatives.
The Hill newspaper compiles the list each year using lawmakers' annual financial disclosure reports.
Franks’ $11.6 million net worth comes in part from his holdings in oil companies, according to his report.
