2016 Brings 'Cautious Optimism' in Tucson

Some think this could be the year Tucson's economy moves past slow growth.

Some in Tucson's business community think 2016 is the year that the local economy may begin to shed the 'slow, steady growth' mantra and grow at a rate closer to the national average. While those doing business hold out hope, experts see some issues that may be causing the local economy to continue its anemic recovery from the Great Recession.
