Filmed across the country from Massachusetts to Missouri, “GardenStory” profiles innovative and exemplary gardens while focusing on the power of gardens to create positive social change, and the need for stewardship of our natural world.

This program reveals the power of gardens to transform lives and strengthen communities through compelling and informative stories about gardens and their creators. Each episode features an original score, lively animated graphics and stunning watercolor plans of innovative and exemplary garden spaces. Leading garden designers, horticulturists and environmentalists such as Dr. Peter Raven of the Missouri Botanical Garden, New York-based landscape architect David Kamp, and Trust For Public Land founder Marty Rosen, join host Rebecca Frischkorn in teaching us, not how to garden, but why we garden and why gardens are important.
