Senate Bill 1108 allows any Arizona resident over the age of 21 to carry a concealed weapon without a permit. A concealed weapons permit is still required in order to take a weapon into someplace serving alcohol and any establishment that expressly prohibits the carrying of weapons. Arizona would join Vermont and Alaska as the only states in the nation not requiring concealed weapons permits.
