Arizona Spotlight

A look at a Tucson-based humanitarian group that is working to provide relief to the Gulf Coast region of the coast devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Julie Bierach reports on the efforts of World Care as they collect and send supplies to the region. KUAZ's Nelson Warnell has a special report on NOAA Weather radio, which has been providing weather information to Tucsonans for years. Julie Bierach interviews Nina Trasoff and Steve Farley, who are both candidates for the democratic nomination in the Ward 6 Tucson City Council election. Also, a Spotlight interview with Lisa Hopper, who is the founder and president of World Care, and KUAZ's Mark McClemore has the Arizona Spotlight Arts Calendar.
