Metro Week Friday looks at civility in politics. All 90 Arizona legislators were invited to Next Generation, a program created by the National Institute for Civil Discourse.
Eleven took part, including Rep. Randall Friese, D-Tucson.
“It was a very small step in that direction to help us listen and talk to one another and develop trust,” Friese said.
