FESTIVAL OF BOOKS: PBS Steven Raichlen

Grilling guru Steven Raichlen will be appearing on the Arizona Public Media culinary stage on the UA Mall, Sunday at 11:30 a.m. by Colleen Greer

Raichlen offers easy-to-follow instruction, step-by-step techniques and mouth-watering barbecue dishes. He is the creator of the popular public television shows “Barbecue University” and "Primal Grill." Raichlen is the author of 29 books, which include "The Barbecue Bible," "How to Grill" and the new "Planet Barbecue."
