Dr. Wayne Dyer: The Power of Intention

America’s best-selling author and speaker on transformational wisdom, Dr. Wayne Dyer, returns to public television with a new focus, a new definition of the concept of “intention” and a new method to connect to one’s potential. Saturday 10:00PM on KUAT6

Dr. Wayne Dyer

Dr. Dyer transforms conventional thinking about how things happen in life into an exhilarating exploration of the power of intention and a profound understanding of how each person possesses the power to co-create the life he or she desires. The program, based on his book, The Power of Intention: Learning to Co-Create Your World Your Way, airs as part of our June 2008 pledge drive on KUAT6.

Some of the world’s greatest thinkers — Nobel physicist Max Planck and Albert Einstein, for example — and the writings of the Bhagavad Gita and the Bible speak of a force that “intends” things into the material world and animates all life. Planck, in accepting the Nobel Prize, called it “the matrix of all matter.” Dr. Dyer introduces the audience to these philosophies and explains that the keys are in understanding the qualities of this remarkable field of energy and learning to be in rapport with this universal force.

Dr. Dyer illustrates his points by offering personal anecdotes and signature stories. His message is clear: “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

Watch it Saturday, May 31st 10:00 p.m. on KUAT6
