Wavelengths: Scientific Voyage

Join Host Vicki Chandler as she presents Wavelengths favorites, featuring segments from the last three seasons. Thursday at 8:30 p.m. on PBS-HD.

"Wavelengths: Scientific Voyage" features the best stories from the last three seasons, including an interview with Jayne Poynter, one of eight Biospherians sealed inside an artificial environment for a little over two years; a visit to the Galapagos Islands where Darwin developed his discoveries on natural selection; the affects of climate change on glaciers all over the world; and a look at the Hadron Collider, the world's largest particle smasher, developed and built by thousands of engineers and scientists.
