The Thomas R. Brown Foundation, together with the UA Eller College Office of Economic Education, is pleased to present a panel discussion on climate change. On November 14, 2019 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m., Dr. Joellen Russell, Thomas R. Brown Distinguished Chair of Integrative Science in the UA College of Science, and UA Economist Dr. Derek Lemoine will discuss the science behind measuring carbon levels in the atmosphere and the oceans, and the potential impact of carbon tax policies.
