Hollywood at Home presents Bus Stop

A brash young cowboy (Don Murray) gets off the bus in Phoenix where he courts a cafe singer (Marilyn Monroe). Saturday at 9 p.m. on PBS-HD.

On only his second trip away from his Montana ranch, a young cowboy, Beauregard “Beau” Decker (Don Murray), and his older, wiser, friend Virgil (Arthur O’Connell), board a bus to Phoenix, Arizona where Beau will compete in a rodeo.

The young cowboy wanders into the Blue Dragon club, directly across from his hotel, where he immediately falls in love with a the woman (Chérie ) performing there. Beau decides that as soon as the rodeo is over, he is going to take her to Montana and marry her. But Chérie has different plans.
