Pima County administrator hospitalized

Pima County Administrator Chuck Huckelberry was struck by a vehicle Saturday while riding his bike downtown, according to a Pima County news release.

Huckelberry is hospitalized in “stable but critical condition.”

He has been Pima County Administrator for more than two decades.

County officials said they will release more information as it becomes available. The Tucson Police Department is investigating the incident.
