Tucson's new police chief on rising homicide rates, traffic safety and transparency

Kasmar talked with AZPM about his first few months on the job.

Tucson Police Chief Chad Kasmar took over the department last month amid a rising number of homicides in the city and rising concern about the use of force by its officers.

Kasmar talked with AZPM’s Andrew Oxford earlier this week about his first few months on the job.
