Arizona Cuisine

Chefs Brett Vibber and Jaren Bates are redefining Arizona cuisine through foraged ingredients, indigenous foods, and an innovative menu.

Chefs Brett Vibber and Jaren Bates have cooked together for nearly two decades at some of the finest restaurants in Arizona. Now they are both head chefs at The Table, a restaurant in Oak Creek near Sedona. Through daily foraging for wild ingredients, and incorporating indigenous foods, methods and farmers, they are attempting to redefine Arizona cuisine.
