From glaciers to the Grand Canyon, landscapes have dramatically changed in the last century. Repeat photography is the process of taking photos from exactly the same spot, sometimes over a hundred years apart. It provides objective visual evidence of landscape change, and allows the viewer to compare the images for similarities and differences. Enter the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Southwest Repeat Photography Collection and take a journey through time.
